SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING via FEDEX Ground ! (No Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico)
In case of delivery to some remote areas or inaccessible roads,
the buyer will be billed with any extra shipping charges from the carrier.

All shipments include insurance for your convenience and protection.
All vessel sinks will be shipped within 1 business day upon receipt
of payment unless otherwise notified.

Once shipped, tracking number will be provided to buyer.

Attention designers and builders! for orders over $2,000 dollars we make personal deliveries across Texas and nearby states, please write us for details about shipping costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Inspection of all packages upon arrival is recommended.
In case of any damage, please include comments in the delivery receipt before signing.
For refunds replacements we will need to receive images of the damaged sinks and also of the box / packaging. It is very important to keep the box and damaged sink until further notice. Do NOT throw away any of these.
These will be absolutely necessary for the insurance process with the corresponding carrier.
